new and simple method of upgrading
timber floors to achieve up to 90 minutes
integrity an insulation and meeting the
airborne and impact requirements of the
new Part E 2003 Building regulations.
Particularly useful where lath and plaster
ceilings cannot be disturbed or a lower
floor occupancy does not allow fire upgrading
such as fire rated plaster board to be
installed from underneath.
Suitable for the refurbishment and conversion
of buildings, in particular multiple occupancy,
Houses, Flats, Offices, Shops, Hotels
and Nursing Homes.
Exton also has several systems that
comply with New Building Requirements
of Approved Document E (2003) for Floors
and Walls.
Tested to: BS 476 Pt 22 and conforms
to Building Regulations Document B and
Approved Document E (2003).
